B. Personnel assessment:
We make personnel assessments according to each company’s needs, focusing on its organisational culture, each position profile characteristics and its demands, and also, the team that already works in your company.
Evaluations’ main goal is to identify the candidate’s potential, his behaviour, observe how compatible the person is to a specific job position and how able they are to adequate that person into a position where the candidate could display all its abilities and capabilities, if they are indentified with the company and if they are socially suitable and have the proper integrity to meet the company´s expectations.
C. Personnel development seminars:

3. Brand and product management: addressed to people in charge of brand and product management, and commercial or sales managers who could train participants regarding the meaning of a brand and the meaning of a product, the benefits of knowing its features, preparation for the planning of marketing strategy and the definition of tactical plans and, for the analysis and improvement of concepts and pricing applications, promotions, packing, marketing intelligence, budget and commercialization plan.
